Research Projects

In our group we are developing different projects to study at molecular level, the mutualistic interactions of Lotus roots with different microbes, including bacteria and fungi.

More recently, we are developing projects in common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris). In collaboration with members of CCG-UNAM and Aarhus University, we sequenced the Negro Jamapa genome and released Phabase: a genomica and transcriptomic database for Phaseolus spp.
